Senior Investment Associate
Join our investment team to source, evaluate, and support technology infrastructure companies. You'll lead due diligence, build financial models, and work directly with founders.
Platform Engineer
Build internal tools and infrastructure that support GASJ and our portfolio companies. Focus areas include security tooling, data pipelines, and developer experience.
Technical Due Diligence Lead
Lead technical evaluation of potential investments. Assess architecture, team capabilities, technical debt, and scalability for infrastructure software companies.
Process
What to expect
Initial Conversation (30 min)
A casual conversation with someone on the team to understand your background and interests. We'll share more about the role and answer your questions.
Work Sample (varies)
A practical exercise relevant to the role. For investment roles, this might be analyzing a company. For platform roles, a technical problem. We compensate for time spent.
Team Interviews (half day)
Meet with 4-5 team members to discuss your experience, work through scenarios, and ensure mutual fit. We're assessing skills, but also culture alignment.
References & Decision
We'll speak with a few references and make a decision quickly. We aim to give you an answer within one week of final interviews.
